Invicta Gas is a company that specialises in gas appliance sales and servicing, fireplaces, electric fires and associated products. Our appliance sales are high because we maintain high standards, keep our promises and provide excellent customer care.

Our customer base is huge; we have 18,000 within a 50-mile radius, which strengthens our pledge to you as a customer. Throughout our twenty five years of providing customer care, thousands of customers have appreciated the genuine effort and service our dedicated staff has provided for each and every enquiry or sale.

 

Gas Appliance Selection

 

Each month we check out and select hundreds of products – gas fires, gas cookers, fireplaces, electric fires – for price and quality. We check out the delivery and service of each product. We monitor customer care and quality of products constantly to ensure the highest possible standards are maintained. The manufacturers we recommend are selected for their quality, price and commitment to good customer care. Companies such as Magiglo Gas Fires, Focus Fireplaces, Portman Stone Collection, Dimplex Electric Fires and Worcester Bosch Boilers (for whom we are accredited service agents), Valor Gas Fires, Cannon Cookers, Verine Gas Fires – to name but a few.

We are able to offer a fast, reliable service at a good price. We hope that you will telephone our showroom and ask for products, even if you cannot see them on our extensive site. Many customers return to us to order additional products for themselves to thank us for our prompt and efficient service or to pass on details of a friend who might be interested in one of our products or services. Locally

 

Invicta Gas entered the market originally in 1983 as a service and installation company name “Special ‘T’ Gas Services” and quickly grew to be recognised as a local company to come to when you needed a new gas appliance installed or an existing appliance serviced or repaired. In 1992, we entered the retail market in the High Street because of the location and the company became known as ‘Whitstable Gas’. Over the next two years the company was transformed, eventually moving to a larger showroom with offices and stores (which had been used since the 1920s as the local electricity showroom). It has been noted that our customer base, large though it was, had not grown pro-rata outside of a ten mile radius of Whitstable, so when we opened our larger retail outlet the company name changed to ‘Invicta Gas Ltd’ and today it is the same great company offering you the same great service.

 

Invicta is the motto of Kent meaning undefeated.

 

We like to finish what we start

 

Locally we are able to offer a first class building service that can remove a fireplace, plaster the opening ready for the gas installer to fit the fireplace. We can install an approved gas terminal. In the case of a bathroom we encourage our customers to select a suite from a local company and we will be able to install the suite – including light building work and fully tiling the room. All in all we set out to do as little or as much as you could like us to in order to complete the job to the highest standards.
